 All ten tower cranes are now operational on the site of the Sunshine Coast Public University Hospital, which is a clear indication that construction activity is ramping up. The cranes can be seen all the way from Sunshine Coast hinterland areas, as far south as the beaches of Caloundra and back through to the hills of Buderim.

The first of two on-site multi-deck car parks is on schedule to open at the end of December. The car park topped out in October, with a total of 4,200m3 of concrete, 237 tonne of reinforcing bars and 8,700m2 of mesh used to build the structure.
